3. AUTOMATED PROCESSING
Destinome uses algorithmic and AI-based systems to generate insights and compatibility assessments. • Outputs are automatically generated • Data is processed to produce interpretative results • No human review is required for standard reports or matching processes
4. DATA SHARING
We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating our platform, including: • Hosting and infrastructure providers • Payment processors • Analytics services These providers are required to handle your data securely and only for intended purposes. For matchmaking services: • Only limited and relevant profile information may be made visible to other users • Sensitive personal data (such as full birth details) will not be publicly displayed

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to: • Provide our services • Improve system performance • Comply with legal obligations Generated reports and Ask Destinome Q&A history are automatically deleted 12 months after they are created. You can also delete your data at any time from your account settings. For business users, candidate names, birth details, and free-text notes in Talent and HR assessments are automatically de-identified 12 months after creation; anonymised scoring data may be retained for statistical purposes. For users who opt in to matchmaking services, data may be retained for a longer duration to support ongoing matching and compatibility analysis. Payment records may be retained for longer where required to meet legal and accounting obligations.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to: • Access your personal data • Correct inaccurate data • Delete your data Where available, these actions can be performed directly within your account settings. For matchmaking services: • Participation is strictly optional and requires explicit opt-in • You may withdraw from matchmaking at any time • Upon withdrawal, your profile will be removed from matching pools within a reasonable timeframe
8. MATCHMAKING SERVICES
Destinome offers optional matchmaking features that allow users to be matched with others based on compatibility analysis. By opting in: • You consent to your profile being included in a matching pool • You understand that limited profile information may be shown to potential matches • You retain control over your participation and may exit at any time Destinome does not guarantee matches, outcomes, or relationship success.
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using Destinome, you consent to such transfers.
10. COOKIES & USAGE DATA

11. BUSINESS / HR USE
For enterprise users: Employers and recruiters are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained appropriate consent from candidates before submitting personal data to Destinome.
